疫情下知識管理能力對組織敏捷性的影響：以臺灣中小型連鎖餐飲企業為例

疫情的出現導致商業環境產生了劇烈的變化，許多中小型連鎖餐飲企業無法隨著環境變化來快速改變營運模式，導致企業倒閉。因此，本研究以臺灣中小型連鎖餐飲企業作為研究調查對象，探究疫情下的中小型連鎖餐飲企業是如何以知識管理能力對組織敏捷性造成影響。本研究數據透過SmartPLS3.0進行分析。本研究結果證實，以中小型連鎖餐飲企業為條件下，顧客知識管理能力、產品知識管理能力和管理知識管理能力對於組織敏捷性都有顯著的正向影響。因此，本研究結果讓中小型連鎖餐飲企業能夠從其自身的顧客、產品或管理的知識領域進行分析，以因應未來任何狀況的發生。

隨著資訊科技的日新月異，許多企業透過導入流程自動化機器人(RPA)作為企業數位轉型的開端。企業銷貨及收款循環導入RPA將可提升作業效率與品質，並降低錯誤與舞弊之發生，因此本研究目的為探討RPA導入銷貨及收款循環之關鍵因素。本研究首先將影響RPA導入企業銷貨及收款循環的要素分為「公司政策」、「企業治理」和「企業流程」三大觀點，並透過專家問卷之方式蒐集資料作為研究分析之來源。本研究採用決策實驗室分析法(Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory, DEMATEL)和網路層級分析法(Analytic Network Process, ANP)了解
各準則間之相互影響關係和其重要程度，研究結果得出「管理階層支持」為主要影響導入成效的關鍵因素，其次為「RPA績效評估」、「流程選擇」、「成立RPA卓越中心(CoE)」、「流程改善」。本研究結果顯示，管理階層應支持導入自動化並提供足夠資源，包括成立RPA卓越中心(CoE)以協助各階段的導入，而在投入成本進行導入後，應建立績效評估方式，有效衡量RPA績效。最後，考量流程特性以選擇適合RPA之流程，並輔以流程改善之技術，將該循環之導入效益最大化。本研究提供企業內部人員在導入RPA時，了解應特別關注的面向、如何將資源有效分配，並提高導入之效益。
