本論文提出一個運用於複本認證之可識別QR碼(Discernible QR Code)技術，除了編碼標準QR Code的文字訊息，還承載一個複本識別碼(Copy Identification Number，簡稱 CIN)。使用者可透過一般的QR Code解碼器讀取一個可識別QR Code的標準文字訊息，而透過所提的解碼器可以取出可識別QR Code的CIN，用以鑑別複本持有者。我們透過調整一個黑色正方形區塊的長寬比例實驗，找出人眼視為正方形黑色區塊的邊長最大容忍差異，稱作正方形的邊長差異可察覺性(Just-Noticeable Side Difference)，作為CIN的設計基礎。透過些微調

整某些黑色模組之長寬比例，將CIN編碼到QR Code中，來產生具相同文字訊息但不同CIN的N個可識別QR Code。這N個可識別QR Code所有的模組值都一樣，可透過標準QR Code應用程式讀取出相同的訊息。由於所有模組區塊的長寬比例都在正方形邊長差異可察覺性內，因此使用者不易從QR Code外觀察覺異樣。而透過所設計的CIN解碼演算法，則可取出QR Code的CIN編號，作為QR Code複本的認證依據。本論文使用不同手機鏡頭解析度的手機App進行可識別QR Code的解碼，透過實驗建議掃描可識別QR Code的合適解碼距離。同時也實驗了可識別QR Code在紙本和螢幕上的解碼效果，及

可識別QR Code的解碼穩健性。

本論文採用Dobot Magician四軸機械手臂搭配樹莓派(Raspberry Pi)開發平台，進行影像處理、霍夫轉換直線偵測、數字擷取、數字辨識與操控Dobot機械手臂來模擬倉儲運送系統之操作。以樹莓派內建Python Tkinter套件建立UI人性化界面，藉由攝影機所擷取的即時影像串流或是自行載入圖片檔案，來進行影像處理，透過灰階處理、影像二值化將圖片清晰化，採用霍夫轉換直線偵測目的在掃描出圖片中的直線，利用白線將其覆蓋，重製一張只有數字的圖片。結合像素掃描法來擷取圖片中的數字，並透過Mnist手寫數字資料集中的60000筆訓練資料與10000測試資料再加上自行蒐集的4580張電腦數字

資料集來訓練卷積神經網路，藉此辨識貨物的條碼以及倉儲的位置。將辨識結果透過Dobot機械手臂上的吸盤工件，來搬運指定位置上的物件，達到具有影像處理、數字辨識、模擬自動倉儲系統的機械手臂。本倉儲系統整合了樹莓派、Dobot機械手臂、視訊攝影機，再透過內建Python建立UI介面、GPIO控制、Serial通訊、OpenCV，靈活應用平台設計上的便利性，擴充功能延展性，藉著本次研究，瞭解卷積神經網路訓練模型、機械手臂API底層通訊應用。
