全球COVID-19疫情延燒逾兩年,各國續飽受新型變種病毒Omicron爆發之苦,不僅全球累計確診逾5億例,也奪走了六百多萬人的性命。儘管疫苗覆蓋率已達85.54%,台灣確診案例逾57萬(數據來源衛福部疾管署2022/5/12)。本研究旨在探討新冠肺炎染疫壓力對正負向情感與工作績效的影響,以及正念的干擾效果。本研究採用問卷調查法,調查時間為2022年3月18日至2022年3月31日,為期14天,以國內在職員工為研究對象,透過網路表單發放問卷,回收367份問卷,扣除無效問卷,共計回收有效問卷351份,並運用SPSS及Mplus等統計軟體,以驗證本研究之相關假設。研究結果發現:(1) 在職員工的

摘要本研究旨在建構國中學生課後自決學習歷程及相關因素之模式建立與驗證,主要探討國中學生在課後自決動機、學習策略、學業自我效能等變項對學業成就及學業抗逆力的影響。採問卷調查法蒐集相關資料分析0,以竹竹苗區國中九年級的學生為研究對象,運用分層立意取樣方式抽取樣本,並依學校所在縣市及班級數比,抽取有效問卷1,150份。所得數據資料經IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0版本及SmartPLS 3.3.8版本等統計軟體進行各項統計分析,採偏最小平方法的結構方程模式(PLS-SEM)進行模式的建構與驗證。歸納出以下研究結論:1、國中九年級學生之自決動機的內在動機、學習策略的應考技巧較低。2、

男生、新竹縣與苗栗縣、以及低社經地位的國中學生在內在動機、認同調節、外在調節顯著較弱,而在無動機則顯著較高。低家庭社經地位之國中學生在學習焦慮顯著較高;苗栗縣與新竹縣、低家庭社經地位之國中學生在理解與解題顯著較弱;男生、苗栗縣與新竹縣、低家庭社經地位之國中學生在應考技巧顯著較弱。男生、新竹縣、低家庭社經地位之國中學生在學業自我效能顯著較弱;國中女學生在學業抗逆力顯著較弱;苗栗縣、低家庭社經地位之國中學生在學業成就顯著較弱。3、國中學生的應考技巧、理解與解題與學業成就有較高的顯著正相關,而學習焦慮則與學業成就有顯著負相關;自決動機對應考技巧有顯著較高的正相關;而自決動機之無動機則與學習焦慮有顯著

的正相關。4、同時參與校內外課後輔導的國中九年級學生之自決動機透過顯著提高應考技巧以及降低學習焦慮的中介效果,進而顯著提高學業成就;且自決動機直接顯著提高學業抗逆力,另外,自決動機亦可透過顯著提高學習策略之理解與解題以及降低學習焦慮的中介效果,進而顯著提高學業抗逆力;學業自我效能也透過顯著提高學習策略之應考技巧、理解與解題以及降低學習焦慮的中介效果,進而顯著提高學業成就。5、僅參與校內外課後輔導之一的國中九年級學生僅學業自我效能對應考技巧、理解與解題有僅間接中介,學習焦慮對學業自我效能及學業成就有負顯著的影響,不具中介調節作用。6、均未參與校內外課後輔導的國中九年級學生之自決動機僅直接顯著提高

學業抗逆力,其餘變項都不具有顯著,且學業自我效能透過顯著提高學習策略之理解與解題的競爭型中介,歸屬無中介,因此均未參加課後輔導其學業成就表現較弱。
