  全世界都面臨高齡化與少子化的雙重衝擊,台灣尤為嚴重,在歐美與日本行之有年的共居住宅,常被認為是老年住宅的一種解決方法,臺灣是否能依循此模式,以減少高齡化與少子化的衝擊,是值得探討的議題之一。本研究以計畫行為理論(the theory of planned behavior, TPB)為基礎,結合社會資本、共享經濟和相互支持三個變數,以探討銀髮族入住共居住宅的影響因素,採結構方程模型(structural equation modeling, SEM)進行分析。本研究採用問卷調查作為數據收集方法,紙本問卷50份及網路問卷285份, 共335名受訪者接受問卷。實證結果顯示,社會資本與共享經濟

可透過共居態度為中介,而間接影響共居意圖。知覺行為控制對共居意圖具有顯著正向之影響。相互支持對共居意圖則沒有顯著之影響。本研究顯示三個外加變數與TPB擴大整合概念架構模型,對於預測銀髮族之共居意圖是極為重要的因素。

本文以台灣地區2005年至2010年為研究期間,採Bu et al.(2020)之利率期限結構方法取得貨幣政策衝擊之估計量而後使用向量自回歸模型之衝擊反應函數,以探討通貨膨脹率、工業生產指數增長率、加權股價指數增長率以及貨幣政策衝擊間之動態影響關係。於結果可知,在該研究時段內經由因果檢定可得出,加權股價指數增長率顯著的影響工業生產指數增長率、通貨膨脹率以及貨幣政策衝擊,而後於向量自回歸模型中發現,貨幣政策對總體經濟變量的衝擊幅度不大。
