本研究以廣告代言者對購買決策的影響為主題,提出代言廣告的「3B代言者」(美女、嬰兒、動物)與「產品價位」(價位低、價位高),可以影響消費者對廣告商品的認知接收,使消費者想要購買商品,進而促使消費者購買商品的結果。本研究以時報華文廣告獎發表之作品在 2004-2014十年中,所推出之平面代言類廣告共135張進行調查,腦電儀器EEG進行電生理實驗,探測受試者在觀看代言廣告後的大腦刺激活化現象。研究目的包含:(a)透過文獻查考,釐清並定義代言廣告的購買行為決策歷程與分類。(b)收集代言廣告樣本共135張,分析代言廣告中代言者與貨品價位的重要性。(c)以EEG腦波實驗方法探測「3B代言者」與產品涉入

度的「貨品價位」對購買決策行為的影響。研究結果如下:(1) 文獻探討代言廣告影響消費者行為決策歷程,得知消費者行為模式AIDMA的注意、興趣、欲望、記憶與行動過程可以作為購買行為決策的指標。經過來源吸引力模式、推敲可能性模式與產品涉入度,歸納出廣告「3B代言者」與「產品價位」的研究自變項並架構出代言與產品價格假設框架。(2) 藉由代言廣告的現況調查時報華文廣告獎十年(2004-2014)。以貨品呈現的圖像為最多數(52.594%),數量高於3B代言的廣告(47.406%)。代言廣告中涉入度高的高價位產品(65.185%)數量高於低價位產品廣告(34.815%)。使用代言對象的廣告搭

配不同貨品價位,結果發現「產品呈現的圖像x高價位」的組合數量為最多數(35.556%)。未來設計策略建議高涉入度(高價位)貨品可以用產品圖像呈現,表達更多產品資訊與功能。(3) 對應研究目的(c)以EEG腦波實驗探測自變項對購買行為決策的影響:(i)行為數據結果發現3B代言者的吸引力與印象皆顯著高於控制組(貨品代言)。低價位產品的廣告也在吸引力、擁有欲、購買欲顯著高於高價位產品的廣告。(ii)經ERP腦波實驗後結果顯示代言者與貨品價位在N170、P2、P3與LPC會誘發臉孔注意與辨識、金錢損失注意、喚起情緒、負面情緒;P2、P3與LPC會激發臉孔記憶與情緒記憶。(iii) 經ERSP腦波

實驗後結果顯示額葉BA10與BA9會誘發大腦的形狀與臉孔辨識、情緒喚起、情緒控制、金錢損失感知、無獎勵感知;在扣帶回BA25與BA30會對嬰兒臉孔、生命體產生注意力、調節情緒、愉悅情緒、有活化反應、記憶檢索、負面回饋、拒絕金錢提議;在頂葉會誘發大腦對物品與臉孔的辨識處理、情緒喚起、臉孔記憶、物品記憶、記憶回想、金錢損失、少額金錢獲得;在枕葉BA19會誘發大腦對臉孔的注意、美學的活化。廣告呈現3B代言者圖像比出現產品圖像更可以活化消費者的吸引力、情緒功能、記憶功能。產品涉入度低(低價位)比產品涉入度高(高價位)更有吸引力、擁有欲與購買欲,因此降價策略對消費者的吸引力、情緒、記憶有幫助。
