雲端科技已慢慢改變人們的生活方式，電子化企業雖已有資訊系統，但仍需藉由雲端入口網站、社群、電子商務、行動裝置及知識管理系統與其整合，並借助資料探勘、資料倉儲，將知識外化，結合成商業智慧，以因應未來物聯網及海量資料(BIG Data)之衝擊。因此，本研究針對知識管裡中的隱性知識管理，探討開發組織內外人員的隱性知識及隱含在流程系統中的經驗及規則，以知識螺旋加速轉化效率，尋找可增強企業核心能力的重要關鍵。本研究將以知識地圖、知識庫、知識專家、實務社群化為雲端社群網站的功能，探討如何運用其社群特性，對內以知識社群為主，對外運用臉書行銷及獲取顧客知識，並以相互交流增進社群共識。研究設計以人(專案團隊)

、流程資訊(隱性知識)、科技(雲端社群)三方面，探討電子化企業運用雲端社群網站對專案團隊保存專案經驗所匯集的知識力有何助益。研究資料蒐集將利用平衡計分卡，結合專案PDCA(品質管理循環)流程、知識管理流程三個構面，並以AHP(層級分析法)找出雲端社群網站上可量化的績效指標，以期能了解專案團隊知識管理(以SAP專案導入為例)之績效，確認企業知識管理之缺口，以求給予企業建立適時適用均衡的知識環境上一些建議及參考。本研究結果以AHP(層級分析法)之權重與等級，找出專案各階段之重點策略目標:1.知識取得與創造，以專案的需求訪談及需求分析為重心，2.知識創新能力水準的提昇，須以專案團隊的知能提昇為己任，

3.知識擴散與整合時，更需要提昇顧客對系統的信心為心要，4.新知識的品質，應以監督與控制上線產生新知識的品質及累積並整合為商業智慧為重點任務，5.完工結案階段的上線移轉與維護，則提以知識流通，期許每個專案成員有自己解決問題的能力，以提昇顧客的忠誠度為其終極策略目標績效指標。績效指標方面以雲端社群網站為行動方案，其以社群網站功能為其量化指標，其有討論區聊天分享次數、問題回應時間頻率、使用線上知識庫之頻率、會議通知及訊息發布、互相討論流程的比例、實施建議後的心得分享、分享內隱的技術經驗等，以問卷結果顯示，其有知識管理系統及經常使用社群網站的專案成員，其對專案經驗的知識力貢獻度較高，可知若有雲端社群
