本研究旨在瞭解高職學生的學習動機、同儕關係及生涯自我效能之相關性,並探討不同背景高職學生對學習動機、同儕關係及生涯自我效能的差異情形,並進一步分析三者之相互影響性。本研究採用問卷調查法,以高職二、三年級學生為研究對象,將調查所得資料整理之後,以描述性統計、t檢定,單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關、線性回歸分析等統計方法,進行資料的處理與分析。研究結果如下:一、高職轉學生與一般學生在學習動機及生涯自我效能上沒有顯著差異;在同儕關係上則有顯著差異,轉學生優於一般學生。二、高職學生的性別背景變項:學習動機及生涯自我效能沒有顯著差異;同儕關係則有顯著差異 ( p < .05 ),女生的同儕關
