觀光客在清邁的泰國北部美食意象行為已經被高度重視與吸引。然而,認知-情感-意動[CAC]模型在發現觀光客在泰國的行為方面的研究仍然有限。其中模型可被運用為對觀光客的國際行為意圖方面的良好預測指標。除了探索觀光客的未來行為。此外,我們也在研究中加入觀光客動機作為中介變數。在這份研究中,我們提供歷史驗證,證明認知意象、情感意象、觀光客行為意圖、推動動機和國際旅客未來行為之間的關聯與泰北美食意象具有相關性。並且主要研究的數據搜集自498份的問卷回覆,涵蓋東亞、歐洲、東協 (泰國除外) 與台灣。研究結果顯示,CAC模型中的關聯性在國際旅客未來行為與清邁泰北美食意象之間扮演了很重要的角色,且情感意象的

調節角色影響了認知意象 (旅客洞見),並將有提升觀光客旅行意圖行為的傾向。此外,觀光客行為意圖也影響了情感意象 (觀光客感受),另一方面也更可能提高和促進國際旅客在泰北美食意象這個角度的旅行行為意圖。這個研究也發現推動動機是另外一個改變情感意象(觀光客感受)對他們在泰北美食意象之行為意圖的變數。從這個觀點來看,如果我們可以理解觀光客的認知,感受和對清邁泰北美食的行為傾向,將可以擴大國際觀光客在重新造訪泰國清邁的行為意圖。

.To understand the processes through which leaders relates to follower attitudes, behavior, and performance are major interest of this study. Moreover, how members’ behaviors with leader affect their individual job performance and how proactive personality influence the leader-member relationship, a

nd how power distance impact the leader-member relationship that are also discuss in this study.Literature review on this study variables, proactive personality, power distance and leader-member exchange and individual job performance, have reviewed. The convenient sampling method is used for collec

ting data. The data is collected in Taiwan and Vietnam, each county is collected 150 samples. The instruments of variables’ validity and reliability has approved. The hypotheses of the relationship between proactive personality, power distance, leader-member exchange and individual job performance

are derivate. The findings and results of this study are described and discussed. The conclusions and suggestions of the study also made.
