南豆袪濕湯:

材料:
南豆1兩
薏米1兩
蜜棗3粒
冬瓜2斤
赤小豆1兩
木棉花1兩
豬骨600克

處理:
1. 真空煲內煲一煲滾水,豬骨出水3分鐘。
2. 南豆、薏米、赤小豆及木棉花,清水浸5分鐘,倒去水分,浸第2轉。
3. 豬骨已出水,清水洗乾淨。
4. 蜜棗,洗淨。
5. 木棉花已浸了第2轉,清水沖洗乾淨。
6. 南豆、赤小豆及木棉花,洗乾淨。

烹調:
1. 所有材料,放入真空煲,加入水3升。
2. 冬瓜,切好,同放入煲。
3. 用“濃香煲湯”功能,煲40分鐘。
4. 過了40分鐘,湯已煲好,但不要打開蓋,焗1小時。
5. 完成,可享用。

Ingredients:
White hyacinth beans 1 tael
Barley 1 tael
Candied dates 3 Nos.
Winter melon 2 catty
Rice beans 1 tael
Bombax ceiba linn 1 tael
Pork bones 600g

Preparation:
1. Boil up a pot of water in vacuum cooker. Soak pork bones for 3 minutes.
2. Hyacinth beans, barley, rice beans and bombax ceiba linn, soak in tap water for 5 minutes. Pour away water. Soak in tap water for the second round.
3. Pork bones has been soaked well. Rinse thoroughly.
4. Candied dates, rinse them.
5. Bombay ceiba linn has been soaked for the second round. Rinse with tap water.
6. Hyacinth beans, rice beans and bombax ceiba linn, rinse thoroughly.

Steps:
1. Put all the ingredients into vacuum cooker with water 3L.
2. Wintermelon, cut well, put into cooker.
3. Use "porridge/soup" function, cook for 40 minutes.
4. Soup has been cooked well after 40 minutes. Leave it for 1 hour.
5. Complete. Serve.

以磺酸基修飾椰子殼轉製之還原氧化石墨烯並應用於轉換廢食用油為生質柴油

本研究成功開發以農業剩餘資材-椰子殼轉製為高值化生質碳材-還原氧化石墨烯(reduced graphene oxide, rGO)之技術,並探討鍛燒程序之升溫速率及持溫時間對於rGO轉換成效之影響。研究結果指出,當升溫速率控制於5 ℃/min、持溫時間控制於10分鐘時,可獲得最佳的rGO轉換。此外,本研究亦建立低能耗且簡易之磺酸化程序於修飾rGO。本研究係以硫酸做為磺酸基(-SO3H)之來源,在熱處理過程中搭配定速攪拌,可使磺酸基有效附載於rGO表面。研究結果指出,當硫酸與rGO之比例控制於12 mL: 5 g、磺酸化溫度控制於140 ℃、磺酸化時間控制於4小時時,可獲得最佳的磺酸化成效。本

研究係以棕櫚酸配製模擬廢食用油,並取知名速食業之廢食用油為實廠廢食用油之代表。研究結果指出,於反應前3小時,該觸媒即可100%將模擬及實廠廢食用油轉製為生質柴油。此外,藉由該觸媒之磺酸基進行酸性催化酯化及轉酯化反應的過程中並不會產生甘油副產物,因而可有效地簡化後續產物分離之程序。

國家的電氣化普及率對一個國家的生活品質、經濟和社會成長而言具有相當大的影響,但綜觀全世界仍有些人無法使用電力,尤其是在印尼這個國家其超過60%的地區是海洋以及周邊的群島。電力不足問題對於印尼偏遠地區來說是相當嚴重的,並導致印尼的電氣化普及率造成失衡現象。《 2019年印尼電氣化年度報告》中提到印尼98.89%的電力主要來源是使用煤炭作為燃料。根據印尼頒布的第5/2006號總統法令,該法令將增加對包括地熱能在內的可再生能源的使用作為國家能源政策的議程之一,本實驗研究開發了利用地熱能條件的小型有機朗肯循環系統(Organic Rankine Cycle, ORC),並針對該系統可利用不同的工作流

體、壓力比和熱源溫度條件進行研析。研究結果顯示,壓力比和熱源溫度對ORC具有重要的影響,包含不同工作流體的淨功率輸出和淨熱效率的影響。當系統採用0.5 kW和5 kW發電規模之ORC對不同壓力比的影響時,分析結果顯示丁烷作為工作流體分別可獲得之最高淨熱功率分別為0.69 kW和5.87 kW,而R141於0.5 kW和5 kW發電規模之ORC可達到最高淨熱效率分別為8.01%和8.71%。而系統採用0.5 kW和5 kW發電規模之ORC對熱源溫度的影響,分析結果顯示工作流體為丁烷時,其可達到最高的淨輸出功率,0.5 kW和5 kW發電規模之ORC分別為0.64 kW和5.46 kW,而當工作流

體為R141時可得之最高淨熱效率分別為10.31%和12.05%。在相同的初始設定條件下,採用不同的壓力比和熱源溫度來進行比較實驗數據和計算分析結果,其結果顯示實驗和計算結果具有相同的趨勢。當壓力比保持在3.8時,會出現最大的壓力差,其誤差約為7.5%。當熱源溫度保持在90ºC並計算淨發電量時,其誤差約為24%。因此,為了減少電力損失、減少投資成本、縮減建設時間降低、最小化系統使用的空間,並可慮到將電力分配至印尼偏遠地區,本研究成果可將小型ORC系統結合分散式發電技術與地熱能,以最低成本、最高效益的方式進行電力輸送。經由小型ORC系統投資回收期方法計算結果顯示,20 kW ORC系統可適用於商

業化機組,並可在1.475年達成回收之商業用途。
