目的：本研究主要探討劉詩雯在 2019年世界桌球錦標賽的4場比賽中，發球與接發球慣性技術與落點，以及分析得失分之間的關係。方法：劉詩雯在比賽中，分別對戰北韓選手金松怡、日本選手加藤美優、中國選手丁寧、中國選手陳夢等4位選手，資料來源由 https://www.youtube.com/取得，再使用次數百分比統計方法計算劉詩雯在發球與接發球及得失分之間的慣性技術與落點位置百分比。結果：劉詩雯發球時以發右側下旋為主，落點則以1、2號位置居多。接發球時正手擺短，落點平均在2號位置。發球、接發球後的回擊得分技術，皆以反手拉上旋為主，落點均在9號位置。失分時使用的發球、接發球技術，發球以右側下旋為最多，

接發球則是以正手劈長為最多。結論：劉詩雯發球以發右側上、下的旋轉變化為主，而接發球則是以正手擺短劈長搭配，利用高質量的發球及接發球的控制，搭配下一板銜接搶攻，技術全面速度快，反手連續進攻出色，為主要得分手段，製造對手回擊的壓迫背後也伴隨著高失誤的風險。

一、自1979年中共發表「告臺灣同胞書」以來，迄今已逾30年，綜觀過去30年的中共對臺政策，從鄧小平的「和平統一、一國兩制」，江澤民的「軟硬兼施」，到胡錦濤的「對臺獨更硬、對其他更軟」，皆顯示出中共領導人對臺政策的務實與彈性。二、在2000年民進黨執政後，開始重視臺灣本土文化發展，積極確立臺灣主體意識，突顯與中華傳統文化的差異性，臺灣民眾的國家認同觀愈益強化；中共在胡錦濤上台後，積極擴大文化的影響力，促使國際社會認同「一個中國」的框架，壓縮臺灣的外交空間，對臺則加強兩岸的文教交流，釋放惠臺民眾的政策，加強統戰拉攏的力道，促使臺灣民眾重新認同中華文化，形塑兩岸同根同源的印象，壓制臺灣主體意識的

解決臺灣問題、發展兩岸關係、實現完全統一的重要力量。四、2008年馬英九總統上台後，開啟兩岸交流的大門，其中海基會（海峽交流基金會）與海協會（海峽兩岸關係協會）正式恢復制度化對話協商機制，迄今計召開10次會談，共簽訂21項協議、2項共識，包括「MOU」（兩岸金融合作協議）、「ECFA」（兩岸經濟合作架構協議）等，使兩岸交流發展邁向制度化。五、中共在「鄭立中現象」成功後，促使大陸從中央到各省市的官員紛紛循「鄭立中模式」，率領龐大訪問團來臺採購，從事經貿及文化之旅；在2014年臺灣陸續爆發反服貿及太陽花學運等學生運動，民眾質疑馬政府兩岸政策，使得兩岸交流開放政策受挫，然中共在2017年海峽論壇以「

擴大民間交流、深化融合發展」，表示將努力擴大兩岸經濟合作的社會效益，增加兩岸民眾的受益面和獲得感，可見中共仍延續此一兩岸政策，爰此，本文將就中共對臺統戰策略目標、作為與對我之影響作為討論之重點。
