目前,中国大陆人口結構已呈老年狀態,且即將步入“高齡社會”。在人口高龄化问题日益严峻的背景下,由于目前社會保險與企業年金的保障水平不足,加之隨著經濟發展,民眾風險管理意識提升,民众對於養老商品、服务需求提升,商業養老保險成爲中國大陸現有養老保障體系中重要的補充力量。本研究通過發放問卷的方式探求中國大陸福建地區民眾商業養老保險需求的影響因素,根據所回收的567份有效問卷分析發現,影響福建地區民眾商業養老保險購買意願的因素很多,其中年齡因素、商業養老保險的認知、預繳費用、購買經驗,養老方式、周圍親友的參保經驗、保險公司的產品宣傳以及政府的宣傳對民眾的購買意願有非常顯著的影響;身體健康狀況、婚姻狀

況與子女數量對民眾的購買意願有顯著的影響。最後,本研究根據問卷分析結果從政府、保險公司、消費者這三個層面出發,分別提出具有針對性建議。

本研究以國內22 家壽險公司之2015 年至2020 年為樣本,主要探討解約率的緊急資金假說及利率假說是否成立外,特別將公司財務狀況及其他特性納入考量,解釋變數分為公司特性變數及總體經濟變數兩大部分。為了提供更全面的結果供保險公司參考,本文使用OLS 及隨機效果模型進行迴歸分析。考量到資產報酬率及權益報酬率之相關性,模型依個別包含權益報酬率及資產報酬率分為兩個。兩個模型之OLS 模型實證結果除了保費收入結果不同外,淨值比率與公司成立年數皆與解約率呈負相關,申訴率則呈正相關。兩個模型之隨機效果模型實證結果除了申訴率與公司成立年數結果不同外,保費收入皆與解約率呈負相關。
