近年來登山是一件愈來愈盛行的運動，許多民眾被網紅或社群網站的美景所吸引，尚未評估自身的能力就貿然登山；就算參加坊間商業團，事前的準備未做好，也會有非常高的比例發生山難意外。因此，本研究欲透過與嚮導、登山者之間的訪談與問卷調查，再應用公理化設計發展出一套讓嚮導協助評估初階登山者體徵的產品服務系統。本研究應用雙鑽石理論。探討使用者需求，並將機能需求轉換為設計參數進行發想，規劃出給予嚮導及登山新手的APP功能以及產品的功能需求，最後使用Arduino進行實地量測產品適合配戴的位置。與十位專業嚮導、領隊進行質性訪談後，有九位認為有路易斯湖表的產品服務系統可以幫助他們更容易判斷隊員是否有高山症症狀；訪
