本研究旨在探討六都家長、政府官員、專家學者、從業人員對課後照顧中心與短期補習班管理人員在運作現況、制度整合可行性及具體建議方案之看法。本研究方法包括問卷調查、焦點團體座談及深度訪談法。問卷調查以我國六都家長690人為樣本,並使用描述統計、百分比同質性檢定進行統計分析;焦點團體座談計1場次,深度訪談人員計8人。本研究結論為:(1)在現況方面,國小兒童參加課後照顧中心及短期補習班主因均為有輔導學校作業需求,兒童離開的時間愈來愈晚,且有61.6%家長不清楚兩者制度差異;(2)在整合可行性方面,有85.9%六都家長同意整合,且經政治、法律、社會、法律、技術面評估後具有可行性;(3)在具體建議方案方面

,有84.8%六都家長同意在短期補習班現有文理、技藝類外,增設課後照顧類,並就法源依據、主管機關、制度目的、師資聘用、每生享有面積、推動期程等面向提出建議。本研究貢獻在於,確定課後照顧中心與短期補習班制度整合之可行性,針對結論深入討論,並提出相關建議。

本研究旨在探討全方位學習設計方案,對國小聽覺障礙學生之社會技巧的改變情形。以一位三年級普通班老師為協同行動研究者,擔任主要教學工作,研究參與者為一名國小三年級聽覺障礙女學生。以協同行動研究探討全方位學習設計方案的發展與執行歷程,並藉由觀察、訪談與省思日誌,瞭解聽覺障礙學生在互動對話的頻率、主動參與團體、互動對話的維持時間、社會互動的內容以及整體班級氛圍的改變情形。 本研究所發展的全方位學習策略分為三大部分:(1)多元參與:責任分組與溝通原則;(2)多元表徵:同步聽打服務及教學最佳視覺化,包括電子書、影片、圖片、心智圖、手勢、表情與角色扮演及線上抽籤系統;(3)多元行動與表達:表

達多元性,允許學生使用口頭、小白板、書寫、海報等方式表現學習成果。在融合班進行為期八週的方案實施後,藉由觀察記錄表、訪談分析表、軼事紀錄表以及省思日誌做資料的蒐集與分析以回應研究問題。 研究實施後得出研究結果如下: 1.全方位學習設計能融入於國小普通班級社會領域課程。 2.全方位學習設計方案能促進聽覺障礙學生社會技能,且班級氛圍產生正向 影響。 3.全方位學習設計方案對教師班級經營與課程設計的能力有正面的影響。 本研究發現全方位學習設計在課程設計之初融入多元參與、多元表徵及多元行動與表達原則,助於教師全面掌握個別學生需求與整體班級現況,能融入國小社會領域

之課程設計,藉以提升學生訊息接受度,鼓勵多元輸出,乃至增加參與課程之動機。方案實施後聽覺障礙學生與同儕互動對話頻率及維持時間皆有提升,而主動參與同儕團體與互動內容亦有所改善,甚至班級更為互助合作。普教老師與特教老師更有緊密的專業合作,促進融合教育的發展。
