自2020年初新型冠狀病毒開始肆虐全球以來,施打疫苗為目前公認最有效的防疫方法,但網路上的輿論與許多相關的新聞報導,卻影響了人們接種疫苗的意願。本研究主要目的為透過對網路輿論的分析,探討影響民眾接種疫苗意願的因素;本研究利用Python語言開發網路爬蟲程式,收集PTT論壇中與COVID-19疫苗相關的新聞報導及討論的文章,再利用中研院的繁體中文斷詞系統CKIP,將爬取的資料進行斷字斷詞處理,最後運用TF-IDF演算法取得具代表性的詞彙,根據詞彙的權重大小,來判斷影響人們對於接種疫苗意願的因素。研究結果發現,影響人民接種疫苗意願的因素包括政府施打疫苗的政策、施打疫苗後是否產生副作用、疫苗的到貨
