台灣以空運為主要運輸手段的貨品(如電子與資通訊產品)佔整體進出口金額的比重逐年上升,航空貨運承攬業之競爭也愈趨激烈;釐清託運人選擇航空貨運承攬運送業關鍵因素的重要性不言可喻。本研究目的是為提供相關業者營運決策參考;故建構託運人選擇航空貨運承攬運送業關鍵因素架構,並使用決策實驗室分析法結合分析網路程序法(DANP),探討關鍵因素相互因果關係與準則權重。研究發現,權重比最高的六項關鍵因素為正確準時交貨(C1)、貨物安全送達能力(C3)、突發事件即時處理能力(C2)、運輸時間(A4)、運價與處理費用(A1)、全球性服務範圍(整合能力)(B1)。同時,正確準時交貨(C1)與貨物安全送達能力(
