權隱含波動度資料估計Hull-White 短期利率模型之評價理論細節,並使用開放原始碼程式語言Python 與函式庫QuantLib 及三元樹演算法實作國際板債券評價系統。除與櫃買中心系統價格輸出結果相比較外,我們展示本系統在給定利率期限結構與市場現有商品規格下可贖回債券期初價值與隱含年利率、不可贖回期間與可贖回頻率關係之計算。本文第四章探討copula-GARCH 模型在變額年金保證價值計算上的應用。有效的風險管理前提在於推估各種資產間的機率關係,並計算反映系統狀態的各種定量指標的能力。現代計算技術的進步使得更符合實際、不須過份簡化的多變量機率模型運用變為可能,而copula 正是如此的多變

管理實現建築建設化,並輔以基於BIM技術的資訊化管理模式成為實現國家建築產業結構化改革戰略的大勢及主要方向。不過,由於 BIM 技術在我國起步較晚,建築企業對這一新技術認識不足,雖然在國家政策的推動下被動接受和使用,但是對這一創新的管理工具的“投入產出比”以及應用後是否能夠提升現有的項目管理水準存疑。為了促進 BIM技術的深度應用與發展,同時為建築企業提供決策參考,本文從EPC總承包企業角度出發建立績效評價模型,對BIM 技術在建築專案管理中應用的投入和產出進行量化分析,衡量該管理方式的績效水準。首先,本文運用建築工程績效評價理論對相關概念進行界定,並闡述了建築設計-建造全週期應用的相關理論和

BIM的概念及其技術特點。(李曉克等,2017)其次,通過分析我國現階段建築設計-建造全週期應用的發展現狀及其績效評價中存在的問題,在工程績效評價理論的基礎上分析歸納出BIM技術在EPC專案管理工程中應用的績效評價主要影響因素,(Sowińska-Świerkosz & García, 2021)並針對這些影響因素梳理構建出BIM技術在EPC專案管理建築中應用的績效評價模式。然後,通過研究分析 BIM技術在工程管理中應用的適宜性和具體應用模式及方法,對BIM技術在專案工程管理中應用管控的組織架構和管理流程進行了改進優化,並總結強調了運用 BIM技術進行EPC專案管理時建立 BIM標準的重要性

。之後,在對BIM技術在EPC專案管理中應用的績效評價目標和特點進行分析的基礎上,分階段論述了BIM技術在EPC專案管理中應用的績效評價的內容。採用層次分析法和模糊綜合評價法構建出 BIM技術在EPC專案管理中應用的績效評價模型。最後,本文結合實際案例應用評價模型進行計算分析和驗證,最終研究結果表明BIM技術的應用能大大提高建築專案在EPC專案管理模式下全週期管理的品質和效率,對BIM技術在EPC專案管理中應用的績效評價的效果和先進性得以肯定。(李曉克等, 2017)關鍵字:BIM技術;EPC專案管理;EPC總承包;績效評價
