近年來，國內外的舞弊事件層出不窮，舞弊手法也不計其數，台灣知名的經濟犯罪案例不勝枚舉。又KY公司近期有許多問題發生，因此本研究將探討KY公司與我國公司之應計盈餘管理是否有明顯不同，實證結果發現，KY公司與我國公司之應計盈餘管理在公司治理、審計公費、會計師任期、公司規模中有明顯不同，且在總樣本中為負向相關，而在KY公司則為正向相關，代表應計盈餘管理在總樣本有抑制效果，而在KY公司則無此效果。推測可能因為KY公司其所屬地點並非在國內而是在海外，而海外地區的會計政策與國內不同，查核實屬不易，在一定的時間內較不容易快速地發現海外KY公司可能存在的問題。本研究結果，將可提供主管機關等進行法令修改的參考

旅遊人數的提高，休閒意識的抬頭，國人選擇國外旅遊比例也是連年上升。在旅遊需求條件下，消費者選擇海外親子旅遊的方式，會因而條件滿足自身及家庭的旅遊需求。本研究旨在探討國小低年級家長在從事國外親子旅遊上關於旅遊動機、偏好與實際選擇付費活動間的關係。為了解國外親子旅遊者及潛在旅遊者，對於旅遊動機、偏好在不同家庭背景變項與個人變項的差異情形。本研究母體對象為桃園區某國小家長群體進行問卷調查，問卷總計發放及回收75份，刪除回答無效問卷計5份，有效問卷為70份（問卷回收率93.33%）主要研究方法使用信度分析驗證問卷可靠性及一致性，使用敘述性統計描述受測團體，用推論統計作其差異性分析，並使用結構方程式驗

證其旅遊動機及旅遊偏好的構面。研究結果顯示，在旅遊偏好上，平均月收入及孩子個數是最主要的偏好影響因素。並分析國小低年級家長對於親子海外旅遊的動機與偏好的關聯性為高度正相關，且達顯著。另外使用AMOS軟體將其資料建置驗證性因素分析模型 (CFA)，發現在旅遊動機有兩個構面，分別為「教育及創造回憶型」及「休閒玩樂型」。而在旅遊偏好上有三個構面，「旅遊地點獨特性」、「選擇自我中心性」及「娛樂性」。其模型皆有良好的適配度，RMSEA低於 0.08。本研究建議旅遊業者可提供消費者在家庭旅遊產品上，設計「教育及創造回憶型」及「休閒娛樂型」的旅遊類型。而在實際在上產品的特色上，則可針對「旅遊地點獨特性」「選

擇自我中心性」及「娛樂性」分別提供旅遊途中的活動項目。並進而重新設計適合的旅遊產品及精準推送產品資訊給需求的客戶。
