、國小高年級學童知覺體育教師教學風格以折衷型分數最高，不同學校規模、教師性別在學生知覺體育教師教學風格上有顯著差異；不同性別、年級、運動時間、運動次數、運動強度在學生知覺體育教師教學風格上則無顯著差異。二、國小高年級學童運動強度適中，不同性別、學校規模、運動時間、運動次數、運動強度在學生運動涉入程度上有顯著差異；不同年級、教師性別在學生運動涉入程度上則無顯著差異。三、高雄市國小高年級學童知覺體育教師教學風格與運動涉入呈低度正相關。 本研究結論為高雄市國小高年級大型學校的學童知覺折衷型教師風格比起中型學校的學童有較深的感受；學童運動強度適中，運動涉入不受年級及教師性別影響；能知覺體育教師教學風

Avenues to good citizenship could be found through an enthusiasm for outdoor recreation, the stewardship of the countryside and work on the land. 本研究在探討高雄市高中田徑教練領導行為與高中田徑選手訓練滿意度之現況，比較不同教練領導行為對於不同背景變項選手之訓練滿意度差異情形及相關性。本研究以「高雄市高中田徑選手知覺教練領導行為與訓練滿意度之研究問卷」為工具，將所得181份問卷，有效回收率100%，以t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關進行統計分析、獲得以下研究結果：一、高雄市高中田徑選手在教練領導行為以「訓練指導行為」感受 程度最高，其次分別為「期望行為」、「獎勵與關懷行為」、「民主行為」，感受程度最低為「專制行為」。二、高雄市高中田徑選手在訓練滿意度中以「教練領導」感受程度最高，其次分別為「團隊氣氛」、「訓練滿意度」、「場
地設施」、感受程度最低為「成就表現」。三、在不同背景變項中「不同參與訓練年資」之高雄市高中田徑選手知覺教練領導行為，達顯著差異。四、在不同背景變項中之訓練滿意度，皆未達顯著差異。五、高雄市高中田徑選手知覺教練領導行為與選手訓練滿意度相關情形，在「專制行為」呈現負相關，其餘構面呈顯著正相關。本研究獲得結論：隨著時代教育改革之推動，教練領導應多採用訓練與指導行為、期望行為、獎勵與關懷行為，以達成有效運動團隊之管理，針對未來研究可擴及不同變項，進行多方探究，增加研究結果的完整性。
