自2020年新型冠狀肺炎的爆發以來,加速改變台灣人民的生活型態,對健康安全更是注重。為了社會安全,許多人都被迫在家上班、上學,盡量不外出,此一情況下刺激了外送平台的發展,從餐飲到生鮮雜貨,可被外送的商品真是愈來愈多元。因此增加了以前一直未曾使用過美食外送平台的人口,特別是銀髮族,台灣高齡層占比日益增加,且平均年齡也愈來愈高,出現了許多關於退休者的商業活動:銀髮族旅遊、銀髮族養生餐、更適合銀髮族的服飾布料…等。  因此本研究主要著重於對銀髮族的研究探討其對於美食外送平台的使用情況,利用每各種統計分析來了解銀髮族在使用美食外送平台的過程中,所感知到的各項知覺風險對與銀髮族使用美食外送平台的意願以

及滿意度之關聯性。本研究以苗栗以北且親自使用美食外送平台的銀髮族為對象,經研究發現受測者對於美食外送平台的使用意願以及滿意度確實是會受到知覺風險的影響,當受測者在使用美食外送平台的過程對知覺風險的感知度較高會降低受測者對美食外送平台的使用意願以及滿意度。
