隨著環境保護議題越來越重要,許多企業推出綠色產品,以達成永續經營的目標;大眾也意識到其選擇的產品會對環境造成影響,因而在購買行為決策時會考慮該產品是否對環境有所幫處。因此本研究以消費者的角度出發,為電動機車的研究人員和行銷人員提供一個架構,以了解擁有生態中心主義的環境態度和綠色產品資訊不對稱對於綠色購買行為的影響。將問卷以面對面填寫以及郵寄的方式隨機發放給有使用電動機車經驗之消費者,共發出900份問卷並回收346份問卷,有效問卷為335份,問卷收集完成後以SPSS和AMOS加以分析。而得到之研究結果為(1)生態中心主義對綠色購買意願和綠色購買行為有直接影響;(2)綠色產品資訊不對稱不會影響綠

色購買意願後綠色購買行為;(3)綠色購買意願在生態中心主義和綠色購買行為中有部分中介效果。而管理意涵在綠色行銷的方面,建議環境保護人員、企業和行銷人員可以教育消費者環境保護重要性與益處,以提升消費者環境保護的態度,增加綠色購買行為。
