數位革命成為一股強大的變革力量，然而大多數的研究討論上亦聚焦於導入數位科技對廠商之優勢和效益，卻少以從消費者視角深入地探討心理感受。因此，本研究首先透過文獻綜整分析針對餐飲業將不同數位科技進行分類，並整理說明這些不同類型數位科技之特性，進而運用消費者深度訪談分析這些科技運用對於消費者接觸時所產生之感受和體驗，欲歸納出消費者在面對各類型餐飲數位科技服務的不同服務情境所產生的可能正反面感受。研究結果發現在服務前、中，主要優點是省時、便利、舒適自在。在服務後，其主要優點有輕便方便、舒適自在、自主性。再者，個人的心理也產生截然不同的缺點，在服務前，主要缺點分別為:系統介面未優化、缺乏溫度真實感、服務

隨著科技發展演進，智慧綠建築所構成的智慧城市將是全球發展之趨勢，藉由智慧綠建築標章制度，建築物更加智慧且符合人性的使用需求，同時又具備綠建築生態永續的目標，營造符合適宜居住的生活空間。本研究透過文獻探討，依據施工查核常見缺失態樣透過問卷調查及統計分析，再藉由與專家訪談結果，進行綜合分析；探討出公共工程智慧綠建築施工品質管理成效不佳之因素及改善建議，同時增加物聯網技術對於工程施工品質的新觀念與思維，運用科技技術提升施工品質管理，期許藉由研究的成果能有助於主辦機關、設計監造、承攬廠商未來對於工程施工品質管理能有具體可以改善的策略及方案。研究結果顯示：主辦機關、設計監造、承攬廠商對於施工品質及管理

文件記錄具有正向顯著之影響，表示增加職能訓練、督導稽核頻率、追蹤不合格品及預防矯正措施能有效提升施工品質；建置雲端平台導入物聯網技術對於改善文件管理記錄亦有正向良好的認知，且具有提升施工品質管理成效及降低職業災害之影響。
