先前學者將個人化郵票結合網點位移藏密技術加入流水號,以肉眼無法直接察覺其藏密效果,需覆上柱狀透鏡方可解讀。惟其選定的藏密區域顏色範圍,是否為較優選擇,且藏、解密效果僅依靠人眼及覆上柱狀透鏡實際觀看,尚未建立評估模式,值得進一步研究。本研究延伸探討上述個人化郵票結合網點位移藏密技術,在RGB色彩空間,以每隔51階間隔,共216顏色取樣,將隱藏訊息置換洋紅版的內容,組成加密圖像輸出郵票,以目測、光柵及數位程式進行評估驗證,得出網點位移藏密最佳使用色彩範圍,同時比較先前學者所使用顏色與本研究216色藏密及解密效果差異,以得出藏、解密最優的顏色範圍,而本實驗證實最優加、解密的顏色範圍為中間調。關鍵字

汽車車牌辨識的應用已經非常廣泛,大部分的應用場域是在固定的停車場出入口,或是收費的柵口處,而這些應用的場域,大部分會設計充足的光源,以及固定的位置,對於車牌的取得比較容易且不會犯錯。但是對於機車車牌定位與辨識的研究,還是非常稀少,原因是機車的車牌吊掛方式不同以及機車停放時的姿態差異性很大。因此本研究將以多機車歪斜車牌進行嘗試性的研究,以期能夠提供更多的應用。 本研究採取特徵匹配法做為定位的基礎,分別以邊緣特徵以及色彩特徵發展定位的程序。而這兩個程序皆包含三個部分:(1)前處理、(2)車牌定位與(3)車牌轉正。在邊緣特徵定位方面,以垂直邊緣偵測與型態影像運算為主要的處理。而在色彩特徵定位

方面,則以色彩分割與物件輪廓線為主要的處理。本研究的車牌轉正的方式,從車牌輪廓線找車牌四個角點,改由數個字母的物件最小矩形框為基礎,準確地找到了車牌的四個角點,成為堅固的轉正方法。 本研究初步證實特徵匹配法在多個機車車牌物件的定位技術是可行的,然而還需要更多的測試,以及融合多個特徵做為更加強固的方法。而對於車牌色彩樣本的測試也得到色彩模式的印可,若要更精準地使用色彩特徵,則需要對色彩模式更加的了解。
