現代人生活壓力大,除了坊間療癒商品盛行,網路上也有許多「療癒影片」出現。這些影片內容觀看時不需要花費過多心力思考,且相對具有替代性滿足角色,讓人在觀看時有放鬆、紓壓的正向情緒感受。然而,影片內容知覺流暢性程度與對結局揭曉的等待知覺時間長短,在不同程度狀況下,所喚起的心流感受、對後續社群網路互動行為(包含「按讚/愛心」、「留言」以及「分享」)的態度影響,乃至加入實用價值為干擾之箇中關係,是本研究探討主軸。本研究為符合實驗設計背景與環境符合,選擇與受測者平時會瀏覽的社群網站作為出發點,採用線上實驗法,並分為六個假說。實驗一為知覺流暢性(高VS.低) X 結局揭曉等待知覺時間(長VS.短)二因子實

驗操弄對於療癒影片觀看後的心流感受;實驗二則驗證心流感受在實用價值干擾下之受測者間實驗設計,並確立心流感受在知覺流暢性與社群互動意願間的中介關係。本研究兩項實驗分別蒐集到368份、400份有效樣本。統計結果顯示,知覺流暢性與等待知覺時間顯著地影響受測者心流感受結果;心流感受作為中介變項,受測者也因而在感知到知覺流暢性高時,產生較佳的社群互動意願;而以實用價值為干擾變項,當觀看療癒影片時受測者感知到具有實用價值時,將會顯著地正向影響受測者的「留言」以及「分享」行為。研究結果將可以作為影音行銷時,調整人們知覺流暢性感受程度與等待知覺時間長短,搭配得以喚起情緒的心流感受內容,發展最佳傳播組合。
