用性、複雜性、相容性、觀察性對於消費者購買意圖的影響提出七個假 說。在研究期間共計回收有效問卷 568 份，透過線性迴歸分析對七個假說進行驗證。 研究結果顯示:消費者知覺智慧家電的知覺有用性、知覺易用性對購買意圖有顯著正向影響;消費者知覺智慧家電的相對優勢、相容性、試用性、觀察性對購買意圖有顯著正向影響。
